The installer behind Specmar brings 25 years of practical experience in Belgium, in older and newer buildings, apartments and houses. This is personal trade experience, not the age of the company. Each home still deserves a fresh assessment rather than a routine answer.
Warranty and aftercare
We offer a two-year service warranty and after-warranty support. Ask for the scope, conditions and contact procedure in writing with your offer. Equipment warranties and maintenance requirements may differ. The warranty does not mean that every existing part of the home is renewed.
Experience means asking the right questions
An older house, a modern apartment and a shared building can need different solutions. We look at the existing installations and the way you use the room before recommending equipment. An attractive finish should not hide a problem underneath.
A dedicated contact, from start to finish
At Specmar, one dedicated person follows your project from the first conversation through the offer, the work and aftercare. If you need to change an order, clarify an agreement or arrange corrective work, contact that same person. They know your project and coordinate the follow-up, so you do not have to repeat your story to different people. Any change to the scope, price or schedule is agreed with you before it goes ahead.
An informed choice, without pressure
Compare several written offers and take time to ask questions. We do not publish invented reviews or present concept images as completed projects. A photograph of a customer’s home should only be shared with permission.
